  I has my appointment a few minutes ago with Dr. Garcia, who was very thorough in his examination as well as in answering to my many concerns about my eyesight changes. Everyone there, from the receptionist who was welcoming and friendly, to the technician who completed the initial tests with their high tech equipment, and Dennis who assisted me in choosing the frames/lenses who was patient and informed about different choices that were applicable to me, and very professional, made my last minute appointment a smooth, painless experience for someone whose never needed glasses before. I highly recommend this practice.

  I was in traffic and couldn't make my appointment on time(10 minutes late). All I got was "I'm sorry we will have to reschedule...." when I showed up. I wish they would have call me while I was driving but they didn't and the place was empty with 3 receptionist when I ran in. I tried to call but the phone system keep asking me to dial extensions and I couldn't operate my phone while driving. I've been with this place for the past 2 years. I had to pay $20 for each weekend appointment, so yeah no big deal to charge and re-schedule me. It's not about the money, it's about how customer service being delivered as less than a machine can do.

  Not coming back. Be careful if you only want to check your vision, they will take all the other benefits from your insurance without letting you know.
