- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Jeff is awful. I would recommend that you never deal with this guy. In my opinion, he is is not professional. He was consistently unresponsive despite numerous (and urgent) requests for critical documents. Due to his poor service, I decided to drop my policy with State Farm. Furthermore, he would not refund my money when I switched over to a new agency and essentially had dual coverage for 5 months. His excuse was that he was never informed and my new agency insists they did inform him. If he had any business ethics whatseover he would have refunded my money. I am pretty sure that any positive reviews were provided when Shannon was with the company. She was awesome. He is not! MikeBy Mike Ilgen, July 18, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Jeff and Shannon have helped my dental practice with insurance issues and coverage for over five years now. We have had the unfortunate instance of having to file one claim for a damaged piece of equipment and everything worked just like Jeff said it would. That is surprising given the climate of insurance and subscriber relations these days. Bottom line is that this guy and his wonderful wife run a nice operation.
